What is Fascia Release Therapy?
Fascia Release Therapy
Target chronic pain and tension at the root. Using precise, gentle “pin and stretch” techniques, I work with your fascia- the connective tissue holding patterns of restriction- to bring lasting relief and greater mobility. Fascia release address issues such as; back pain, shoulder pain and immobility, hip, knee, neck pain, headaches, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel, tennis/golfers elbow, and more! Most people get lasting resultings in 2-4 sessions. It is recommended to book 2 consecutive sessions.
